• Research the demand and negotiate special agreements including "one offs" with national and international supply chain suppliers.
  
  

• Improve supply chains - customize when and where required.

• Monitor contracted supply chain suppliers to ensure rates and committed-to-service levels are maintained.

• Make available a freight rate manual complete with supporting software. Member may download (“Frates” Software) or 
  Freight Manuals from the Internet after being provided an access code.
